All projects are implimented using government approved sampling and other detection methods used to identify materials appropriate for removal and/or abatement. Cardinal's removal and abatement strategies, as well as disposal of all offending materials, strictly adhere to applicable OSHA, EPA, State and Local regulatory requirements.
